Hi, I'm Sherjeel Nasir, a Project Engineer, Pre-construction Manager, and Scheduler, with a passion for reshaping the construction industry through innovation.

My primary goal is to advance the application of sophisticated BIM models for predicting building performance and managing low-carbon construction. Equipped with BIM training and expertise in advanced tools like Matterports point clouds, I aim to unlock BIMs full potential through your graduate program.My career has included collaboration with firms in Pakistan and the USA, providing hands-on experience in operational protocols and design phases. Online courses in BIM and Management have expanded my knowledge.

The future of the construction industry relies on Digital Twins and BIM, transforming traditional practices and preserving historical buildings. I am dedicated to contributing to this transformative journey.

    Create and uphold submittal/RFI logs for construction projects, aligning them with project drawings and specifications. Maintain ongoing communication with BIM managers and coordinators to address drawing and project-related issues, offering assistance in their BIM-related tasks. Supervise and manage construction projects, project budgets, and bidding processes while overseeing a dynamic team of engineers in Pakistan for the DMS group and an execution team in Florida. Review the procurement schedule for the project. This involves tracking, expediting, and processing all subcontractor/vendor shop drawings and submittals through the approval process to ensure that equipment and materials are delivered to the job when required.
